A conversation
A free 30-minute call. You describe the task, the tools involved and who depends on it. We ask questions until we can repeat the problem back correctly.
A written scope
What will be built, what it connects to, what it won't do, what it needs from you, and what it will cost. If a ready-made tool fits better, the scope says so.
A small first version
A working version of the core task, run on your real examples, so you can judge it before committing to the full build.
Build, handover, support
The full build, testing with your team, and a handover. Ongoing support and improvements are available if you want them.
